Be a Poll Greeter at Early Voting

Volunteers needed: People who want to help voters at the polls.

Early voting lasts 17 days: October 17 – November 2, 2024.
Week-day voting hours are 7:30AM – 7:30PM. Saturday hours are 7:30AM – 3:00PM, and Sundays are 12:30PM - 6:00PM.
Early Voting Location:
Tom Price will have a GOP tent set up with table and chairs in place. He’ll also provide you handout materials and candidate palm cards to display on the table.
Poll Greeters pass out materials and answer questions from the voters when asked about various races or candidates.
Your time is valuable, so voting days have been divided into three-hour shifts. You can sign up for one or more of the shifts listed on the signup sheet when you visit the SignUpGenius webpage using the link at the bottom of this message.
You will not be a lone Greeter as each shift has slots for three individuals. Get a friend or neighbor and work together to help to pass along to voters important information about the candidates and races.
When you click on the link at the end of the message, you’ll quickly see which days and time slots are available and who is there to join you. A sample is shown below.
Days are shown in the left-most column and time slots in the second column. Available slots are shown to the right of the shift time below the “Poll Greeter” text. Greeters who have already signed up will be shown in the box right below the “Sign Up” button. If all three slots have been taken, the “Full” indication will be shown instead of the “Sign Up” button.
Click the “Sign Up” button to select a shift that fits your schedule. If your schedule allows, sign up for more than one shift. Remember, you’ll be spending time with like-minded folks, and you could even make new friends.
When finished selecting your shift(s), click the “Save and Continue” button at the bottom of the page. You can then enter your name, email, and phone number. When finished click the “Save” button at the bottom. Your name will be added to the schedule for the time slots and days you have chosen
