Neighbors,

Wake County early voting starts this Thursday, October 15, and runs through Saturday, October 31.

You can vote at any Wake County early voting site — not just your Election Day precinct.

Near Raleigh Northeast, handy spots include:

Abbotts Creek Community Center, 9950 Durant Road, Raleigh 27614

Joyner Park Community Center, 701 Harris Road, Wake Forest 27587

Optimist Park Community Center, 5900 Whittier Drive, Raleigh 27609

Knightdale Recreation Center, 102 Lawson Ridge Road, Knightdale 27545

Hours: weekdays 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturdays 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sundays 1 to 6 p.m.

Bring a valid photo ID. Missed the registration deadline? You can register and vote the same day during early voting. Bring proof of where you live.

Absentee ballot request deadline: 5 p.m. Tuesday, October 20.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 3.

Make your plan. Vote early.
